Slim and trim color flatbed scanner CanoScan N1240U offers operating it in the traditional position or standing at his side. And although it's not likely the speed demon, N1240U portability and reasonable price make an interesting purchase for mobile professionals and others who may need to scan in more than one location.
3.3-pound N1240U size 1.3-by 10.1-15.1-inches (HWD). This unit has an optical resolution of 1200 shop 2400-ppi with 48-bit color depth. Instead of using an array of tri-linear charge-coupled device (CCD) – more commonly, contact image sensor combines N1240U (CIS). Using CIS technology allows the scanner to be much smaller and thinner than the CCD-based model because of the small sensor architecture.
