Unfortunately, the small size goes hand in hand with low paper capacity — only 150 pieces to the main tray. If you are printing over 30 pages per day, you will have to fill out a trays often enough for it to be annoying.<br />

On the other hand, Hp Laserjet P1006 helps make up for low capacity with 10-sheet multipurpose tray, a nice touch on a low-cost printers. Tray lets you print on special paper-checks, for example — without having to remove the paper from the main tray or standard feed each page by hand. If you print on a different type of paper very often, it may be of comfort are very welcome.<br />

Setting up the Hp Laserjet P1006 quite typical for low-end monochrome laser, although it is not the presentation of the Setup instructions. More than the printed setup guide included in the package, HP placed the instructions — including animation — on the installation disc. Some people may find this very helpful, but I'd rather be printed instructions to work from. Admittedly it is a matter of tastes and work habits, but HP should provide both options and let you choose which you like best. The installation steps on its own familiar: remove packing materials, loading paper, let the software installed, and insert the USB cable when the software tells you.</div>
