Change Printer to Online

When you have included either a USB or networked printer to your PC or Mac computer system, you can start sending out files to print. Nevertheless, on the event, a print command will develop a mistake on the printer and take it offline, which will avoid all future tasks from printing. Open System Preferences by clicking the icon in the Dock.

Go to the Print & Fax control board under the Hardware classification.

Select the printer you wish to take online from the list on the left side of the screen. Then click the "Open Print Line" button.

Change Printer to Online, Click the "Resume Printer" button at the top of the line window to alter the printer from offline to online.
