Altering from offline to online sends out print tasks straight to your Hewlett-Packard printer without waiting. Your printer needs to be linked to your computer system prior to you can alter the setting from "Offline" to "Online.".

Right-click the icon for your Hewlett-Packard printer. It might be identified with HP or Hewlett-Packard as part of the gadget name. If it does not, you might need to click the printers in the window without maker names to see the information of each. At the bottom of the window, besides "Producer" it states "HP" or "Hewlett-Packard." Click the "See Exactly what's Printing" choice.
Click the "Printer" menu in the window that opens and uncheck "Usage Printer Offline." Any products in the print line for your HP printer will print.
